“ I did the 3 day package in August 2019. The staff at Reef free were awesome and contacted me on several occasions to ensure I had the trips I wanted and they also ensured my dietary restrictions were noted for the meals on the boats. They also noted one trip didn’t automatically include transfers between my hotel and the wharf. They ensured I got the additional transfer so I wouldn’t have to worry about getting to the wharf on time. The staff on the boats were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I went on the Posideon the first day, the Quicksilver the second and Silversonic the 3rd. They all went to great sites on the outer ribbon reef. My least favourite tour was the Platform reef that was stationary and only the one site. The reason was they had so many rope barriers in the water and as you were snorkeling around, you would always seem to run into one of the ropes and had to either turn around or go under. Not a big deal but that was about the worst of all three excursions I could think of. If I ever make it back to Australia, I will be sure to use their services again. 🙂 ”
